Padman’s first song is all about love and innovation.

Padman released its first song ever and it’s a song based on love. This song features Akshay Kumar and Radhika Aapte as a married couple living peacefully in a village setting. The song ‘Aaj Se Teri’ is composed by Amit Trivedi and sung by Arijit Singh. It gives a brief on the characters of Akshay and Radhika portraying Akshay as a very loving and caring husband.

Akshay Kumar also tweeted about the song yesterday.

Republic Day’s big clash!

This 26th January is going to see a clash of two movies! ‘Aiyaary’ starring Sidharth Malhotra; and Manoj Bajpayee and Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte starrer PADMAN.

Where ‘Aiyaary’ is an out an out patriotic film dealing with army officers and filled with a lot of action. PADMAN deals with a social cause of right to basic hygiene for women in India. Both Sidharth Malhotra and Akshay Kumar are seen in quite different roles for their respective films.

Check the trailer for both the movies below!

The reactions for PADMAN have been extremely positive. Amitabh Bachchan to Aliaa Bhatt everyone has praised the film’s concept. Social media promotions for both the movies have been on point! Sidharth Malhotra had even gone off the grid as a promotional tactic for the trailer release of the movie.

While the first song of the movie PADMAN was released earlier today, people are awaiting to see more from the Sidharth Malhotra starrer.

Sonam Kapoor redefines simplicity with the motion poster of PADMAN.

Akshay Kumar is coming back to the big screen as a common man, after his hit movie ‘Toilet Ek Prem Katha’ which released this year. He is playing the lead role in the upcoming movie PADMAN. The first official poster of the movie was out last week.

Now the motion poster of the movie starring Akshay Kumar and the lead actress Sonam Kapoor was released yesterday. Check it out below:

Although Akshay Kumar’s look in the movie was revealed earlier, the motion picture gives us a glimpse of Sonam Kapoor’s look in the movie. Her style seems simple and humble yet impactful.

Akshay’s tweet also explained the obvious reason behind the name of the movie, PADMAN.

The movie is a biopic on Arunachalam Muruganantham, famously called Menstruation Man of India.  It is all set to release on 26th January, 2018.
