Ajay Devgn is all set for a period drama with, Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior, which is based on the Maratha lord, who fought alongside Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj. Ever since this film was announced, it has stirred up the fans' interest. Till now we have seen Ajay pulling the gun's trigger or smashing the goons on the ground or even breaking a few bones. But this is the first time we will see Ajay yielding a sword and armour and we are super duper excited to see him in this role. And guess what? Here's another new development regarding this film which will excite you even more.
The recent reports suggest that the makers have found their new villain in the Sacred Games actor Saif Ali Khan. It is said that Saif has topped the makers’ list for the role of an antagonist, and apparently, are in talks with him. The makers also believe that Saif will make for an interesting choice to play Udaybhan Rathod, the Rajput officer. The film recounts the Battle of Sinhagad in 1670, which was fought between Tanaji Malusare and Udaybhan. Now that's an interesting catch. Don't you think?
