Mom to be Anushka Sharma is almost ready to give birth. At the moment, the actress is working and completing her pending assignments in the city. Virat Kohli, on the other hand, is in Australia for his tournament. Amidst this, Anushka is often seen sharing sharing moment from her pregnancy with Virat on her social feed and we as well as fans cannot seem to get enough of them. This morning, Anushka shared a throwback picture of herself practicing yoga. Practicing the sirasana with the help her Virat Kohli, or as she calls him her very ‘able husband.’ 😉
On her Instagram handle, Anushka Sharma posted this picture of herself acing the yogasana. She is leaning on the wall and upside down with Virat supporting her, this keeping her balance and safety in mind. Her adorable baby bump is also seen in the picture. With the picture, Anushka stated, “This exercise is ‘hands-down’ (and legs up) the most difficult one #ThrowbackP.S. – As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant barring twists & extreme forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support. For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband supporting me balance, to be extra safe . This was also done under the supervision of my yoga teacher @eefa_shrof who was virtually with me through this session. I’m so glad I could continue my practice through my pregnancy.”
